King’s Road kicked off their London Premier League campaign on Saturday with a crushing eight-wicket win over serial wooden-spooners Corridor CC.
The Road took a maximum 10 points from the win at Battersea Park after skittling the 10-man Dors for 62.

Captain Matt Small was the main man with 4 for 21, bagging his 100th wicket for King’s Road in the process, while Matt Cocken and Mo Shaboodien took a brace each.

Newboys Huw Cox, Adam Patterson and Josh Robertsย then knocked off the runs in justย 9.4 overs on a slow, soggy pitch in gloomy conditions.
Patterson and Cox were the only wickets to fall beforeย Robertsย hit two massive sixesย to kill the game.
The Dors have finished bottom in the last three LPL seasons but they have had an excellent record against the Orange Caps.
