THE Road’s finest and funniest will be honoured at the club’s annual end-of-season bash next month.

A glitzy event will take place on Saturday, October 3, at a mystery venue somewhere in South London.

Members have already been asked put in their nominations for who should be considered for the 2009 awards.

A vote will be held soon, when all the nominations are in, with the winners being announced on the night.

The categories are:

Player of the Season
Most Improved Player of the Season
Best Newcomer
Best Teasmaker
Champagne Moment of the Season
Most Embarassing Moment of the Season
